Those wishing to dine exclusively will be welcomed in the intimate atmosphere of our gourmet restaurant Vinkeles. Our cuisine is characterised by French orientated dishes which are both traditional and modern. Let us surprise you with our various speciality dishes made from seasonal ingredients. Some of our Chefs' signature dishes are "Ceviche of sea bass with croquettes of pumpkin and king crab and a vinaigrette of orange" and "Roast Anjou pigeon with five spices and preserved young carrots, jus made with the bones".
From the 1st of July 2008 we introduced a non-smoking policy in our hotel. It is only allowed to smoke in the garden or the designated smoking area. |
