European Apartments Reservations Amsterdam 4-5 Persons 1-Room-Suite, Shower, Kitchenette   

1 living/bed room that can accommodate 4-5 people. Inside the room: 1 double bed, 1 or 2 single beds, 1 raised bed, 1 sofa (double) bed + 1 sofa + table for 5 persons + 1 Kitchen inside the room+ 1 Shower + 1 toilet inside the room.

The rooms are private (lock + 2 sets of keys) but are inside a 2- or 3-rooms apartment. The room facilities include a shower, safety deposit box, TV with video, toilet, heating, cable TV, tea/coffee maker, alarm clock, refrigerator, work desk, ironing facilities (on request) and a microwave. The apartments don't serve breakfast.

Prices are for 4 persons per room and the prices include VAT, service charges and city tax. For an extra 5th or 6th person you pay extra from EUR 30.00 until EUR 35.00 per person per night. The costs for extra persons are not automatically calculated in the total costs.

Please note:
- European Apartments Reservations will send you an extra email with an explanation as to how to pay the key deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email.
- To guarantee your reservation, guests have to make a down payment/key deposit within 24 hours (Last Minute within 4 hours) after having received the PAYPAL e-mail money request. No down payment = no reservation.
- You have to note in the remarks how many persons total will stay.
